We believe that giving our guards the basic training is a good first step in providing excellent service. However, unless these skills are maintained and practiced, there is a loss in effectiveness.

We offer ongoing refresh training on all aspects of security, including verbal skill sets, utilizing the senses (observation), customer service excellence, problem solving, driver training, K9 handler skills, use of force, etc.

Additional training is always available to our team. We want to ensure they’re comfortable and confident in their duties. If at any time any employee feels they need help with any aspect of their position, we offer additional training and help. We are always available to help our guards be the best they can be.
